To report illegal content on a BioHive page, please use the report form. It asks for everything we need to act quickly.

Number of users in the EU

Our average monthly active recipients in the EU are far below 45 million, so BioHive is not a very large online platform under the DSA. As a small company, we are exempt from the extra obligations for online platforms in Art. 19 DSA.

Disputes

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, email us. Most problems are fixed quickly. For decisions about content, see Terms, section 6.
